吉林医药学院附属四六五医院始建于1954年，前身是中国人民解放军第四六五医院，1996年被总后卫生部批准为“三级甲等”医院，2004年8月，随第四军医大学吉林军医学院整体移交吉林省政府管理，更名为吉林医药学院附属医院，2007年经吉林省卫生厅批准加冠第二名称为吉林医药学院附属四六五医院。六十二年的风雨历程，六十二年的变幻沧桑，吉林医药学院附属医院经历了从无到有、从弱到强、从小到大、从风雨飘摇到稳步发展的坎坷和辉煌！
