〖厦门正新橡胶工业有限公司〗属台商独资企业，是台湾正新橡胶工业股份有限公司透过英属开曼群岛玛吉斯国际有限公司转投资之独资公司，创建于1989年5月26日，注册资本七千万美元，1991年12月19日建成开业，以国务院谷牧副总理为首的中央、省市各级领导参加了公司开业盛典。公司占地面积30万平方米，目前投资总额已达二亿一千万美元。公司于1992年3月投产，主要生产自行车内外胎、摩托车内外胎、农工车内外胎及汽车内外胎等橡胶制品。
